Medicare Pay Cut Averted for One Year
Late Wednesday, December 15th President Obama signed H.R. 4994 the "Medicare and Medicaid Extenders Act of 2010". This Act stabilizes Medicare physician payment through 2011. It is our hope that this gives Congress time to act and fix the flawed SGR formula for good!
